Suggested Gears
Runners are suggested to bring at least 1L of water and light snack, a digital device to record the time and a camera, a visor for photo taking

Runner Bib
Runner is advised to put on the run bib during the run. 

No Race number is printed, runner can put the name on his/her own interest

No Littering
No littering is allowed on the course. Any runner is found littering, his/her result will be disqualified.

Route Marking
There is no marking along routes. All runners should read the route (both route map & the gpx file) before they start.

Please follow the route and don’t take detour route !!

Run Time
Runner is request to upload the route map, the timing result, the photo at the start, and the photo at the finish.

Adverse weather
Runners are recommended to check the weather forecast from Hong Kong Observatory before the start of the Run

Do not start in case of the following adverse weather condition (typhoon, heavy rain, thunderstorm)

Health and Safety Advice

  • Runner should read the details of the route map and be aware of the accumulated climb is more than 

  • Runner is advised to be well trained. If you have concern of your fitness, please consult your medical professional. 

  • If you find unwell during the run, please leave the route and rest. You will attempt the run again before the end of the run period, 30th May 2021.

  • There are many road crossings, and the roads will not be blocked, therefore, please cross the road CAREFULLY.

  • All runners must comply with the traffic regulation and pay attention to vehicles and others in the entire journey.
